Dear prospective authors of IET International Radar Conference 2020,

Because of the effect of COVID-19 outbreak, the IET International Radar Conference 2020 (IET IRC 2020) which is planned to be held on November 4-6, 2020 in Chongqing, China has been rescheduled to 2021, and the specific date will be announced later.

Although IET IRC 2020 cannot be held on time this year, the accepted papers will still be submitted to IET for indexing in the EI Compendex, IET Inspec and IEEE Xplore. The submission deadline has been extended to August 15, 2020. The website of submission is http://ietradar.org/submission/guide.asp.
