Please submit your final paper and Copyright Form via the conference website before October 15, 2020. The author registration will start on October 1, 2020. Please finish your registration before October 31, 2020, otherwise your paper will be removed from conference proceedings. The detailed registration information will be announced on the conference website.

Please note: the format of the paper should be modified carefully according to the paper template, the duplication rate (ithenticate) should be less than 20%. The paper will possibly be rejected by IET and cannot be indexed by EI compendex due to the high duplication rate. Please carefully revise your paper according to the review comments.
