Abstract:
Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) Array based radar system exploits spatial diversities of transmitter and receiver antennas for environment sensing, which provides a flexible and cost-efficient solution compared to traditional phased array, synthetic aperture technique, etc. It has been employed in various applications, including remote sensing, automotive radar and short-range imaging. This session will focus on the novel sensing techniques and signal processing approaches to MIMO radars as well as their related applications. The aim of this session is to deliver the lastest research results of MIMO radars and provide some insights into its state-of-the-art and future development trend.
