Abstract:
It is straightforward to improve the SNR of maneuvering weak target, which is of both low observability and high maneuverability, through increasing observing times and using long-time coherent integration (LTCI) methods. In practice, however, the LTCI is coupled with the motion parameters estimation, and thus is a quite challenging problem. In this talk, the development of LTCI methods is introduced firstly, and then two effective and efficient LTCI algorithms are presented. The first one is developed for wideband radar and based on a time-frequency analyzing method-subband keystone transform and extended LV's distribution (SKT) operations. The second one is developed for high maneuvering targets and based on the Bayesian compressive sensing (BCS) method.
