Abstract:
The method first uses WRF mode to simulate meteorological scenes, obtaining meteorological scene information such as wind speed, temperature, particle number concentration and mixing ratio of meteorological targets within the scene; Secondly, using the T-matrix method, the scattering amplitude matrix of a single meteorological target is obtained by modeling and calculating the equivalent radius, axial ratio, and complex refractive index of a complex shaped meteorological target. Finally, the reflectivity factor of the meteorological target cluster in space is calculated using the corresponding distribution function, and the echo power of the meteorological target is calculated using the radar meteorological equation, the simulation of the airborne dual polarization meteorological radar meteorological target echo signal is achieved. The effectiveness and reliability of the method are verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured data.
