Abstract:
Maritime radar monitoring systems play a cruel role in collecting and analyzing maritime scene information. However, the complexity of ocean environment affects the accurate perception of ocean information by maritime radars. Aiming at the segmentation of the detection scene of pulse Doppler maritime search radars, we study the land-sea segmentation method based on a convolutional neural network with a small number of samples. Furthermore, in order to solve the problem that the estimation error of non-Gaussianity parameter of radar sea clutter is large when outliers with high power exist, we study the non-Gaussianity parameter estimation method based on the neural network and multi-sample percentile. The proposed methods are verified by the measured radar data. Experimental results show that our methods can achieve accurate and efficient maritime scene information sensing, which lays a foundation for intelligent maritime radar information processing.
