Instructions for Oral Presentation

The oral presentation is 15 minutes including both presentation and questions. As for the presentation, you must prepare it by Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe acrobat and the length-to-width ratio of your slides should be 16:9. You should upload the presentation files into the computer of your session at least 15 minutes before the start of your session as well as inform the session chairs.

All papers must be presented in person at the conference in order to be included in conference proceedings, IET Inspec and IEEE Xplore.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The size of the poster should be 1.2 m (Height)*0.9 m (Width). Please set up your poster at least 20 minutes before the start of your session. After the session, poster must be removed by yourself.
